Shipping Information

Processing Time: 1-3 business days*. All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. P.S.T. start processing the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 a.m. P.S.T start processing the next business day. Business days: Monday through Friday. Most orders ship from Santa Monica, California and/or Los Angeles, California.

*Due to elevated order volume and increased demand, orders may take additional processing time.

We ship via USPS and UPS. We offer the below shipping methods:

USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)
UPS Ground
UPS 3-Day Select (3 business days)
UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days)
UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day)
UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)
UPS Next Day Air Early (1 business day)

**UPS normally does not ship on Saturdays, unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested for an additional fee. 

Free Shipping
Free ground shipping on select orders $399-599+. All discounts, promotions, and/or coupons excluded from free shipping and cannot be combined. Exclusions may apply for select items such as straw hats, fedoras, promotional/discounted items, military/tactical packs, Rapid Dominance/Yupoong/FlexFit/Richardson brand items, and manufacturer exclusions/restricted items. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. Offer excluded for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any islands/territories, and international countries. Free shipping does not apply to custom orders or embroidery. 

3rd Party Business and Personal Shipping Accounts (UPS/FedEx)
On select styles/brands, we offer the option to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account. UPS or FedEx will bill you directly for the shipping charges. Orders may be delayed due to backordered and/or out of stock items. We will contact you via email if this applies. A full refund will be issued for any items shipped short due to backorder. 

For urgent orders, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for delivery within 1 or 2 business days.* (Processing time will still apply and orders may not ship same day.)

We do our best to maintain updated and accurate inventory, but cannot guarantee that all items/styles/colors/quantities will be in stock at the time orders are placed. Warehouse inventory is updated electronically, but for select brands/items/styles, which may ship from the manufacturer and/or be subject to stock on hand, inventory quantities may be limited. We will notify you if any items ordered are short, on backorder, etc. If you need to check exact inventory/stock on a particular item/style/color, email us at and we can verify.
