Most orders ship from Los Angeles, California, Ontario, California, and/or Fontana, California. Due to elevated order volume and increased demand, orders may take additional processing time. Any styles or colors on backorder may require additional processing time for orders. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 877-255-9112 to request expedited order processing (if available), check on order status, or for inventory & stock checks.
We ship via USPS and UPS. We offer the below shipping methods:

**UPS normally does not ship on Saturdays, unless Saturday delivery is specifically requested for an additional fee.
Free ground shipping on select orders (see Free Shipping Items). All discounts, promotions, and/or coupons excluded from free shipping and cannot be combined. For discounted shipping rates and quotes, please email: email@example.com. Exclusions may apply for select brands and items such as Richardson, Flexfit, Yupoong (YP Classics), straw hats, fedoras, promotional/discounted items, military/tactical packs, and any manufacturer exclusions/restricted items. Free shipping applies only to the contiguous 48 states. Offer excluded for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, any islands/territories, and international countries. Free shipping does not apply to custom orders or embroidery.
3rd Party Business and Customer Shipping Accounts (UPS/FedEx)
On select items/styles/brands, we offer the option to use your own UPS or FedEx shipping account. This option costs $0.00, but UPS or FedEx will bill you directly for the shipping charges. We are not able to estimate the shipping cost for these methods and you will need to check with UPS or FedEx. Orders may be delayed due to backordered and/or out of stock items. We will contact you via email or phone if this applies. A full refund will be issued for any items shipped short due to backorder. For urgent orders, please select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air for delivery within 1 or 2 business days.* (Processing time will still apply and orders may not ship same day.)
Inventory is not in real-time for select styles and colors we carry. We do our best to maintain updated and accurate inventory, but cannot guarantee that all items/styles/colors/quantities will be in stock at the time orders are placed. Please email us to check inventory/stock on any items or colors and we can notify you as soon as possible. Warehouse inventory is updated electronically, but for select brands/styles/colors, which may ship from the manufacturer and/or be subject to stock on hand, inventory quantities may be limited and inventory listed on the website may not be in real-time or live. We will notify you if any items ordered are short, on backorder, etc. If you need to check exact stock on a particular item/style/color, please email us at email@example.com and we can verify.
For select brands/styles/colors, which ship from the manufacturer or are only allocated in dozen or case quantities, there may be a minimum order of 12 units per style/color.
