Yupoong Inc. based in South Korea manufacturers and makes most of the Flexfit brand, Yupoong brand, and YP Classics brand blank hats and caps, which are imported into the United States and sold through its distributor, Flexfit LLC. Flexfit LLC has two distribution centers in the United States - one in California and one in New York to service its US based customers.
The Flexfit, Yupoong, and YP Classics trademarks and intellectual property are mostly owned by Yupoong, Inc. in South Korea. Overall, while Flexfit LLC and Yupoong Inc. are two separate companies, the Yupoong brand and Flexfit brand are owned and made by the same company - Yupoong Inc. Yupoong Inc. owns factories overseas to manufacture the hats in Vietnam and Bangladesh.
