We collect sales tax for orders. To request tax exemption on orders, visit our Tax Resale Submission Page here: https://theparkwholesale.com/pages/resale-certificates or email a copy of your tax exemption certificate to info@theparkwholesale.com

Examples of tax exemption certificates include sales tax license, seller's permit, reseller permit, resale certificate, etc. Once received, we will update your account tax status within one business day. If you would like to setup an account, click on "Account" and "create account" or email us and we can setup an account manually.

State laws require The Park Wholesale to have exemption certificates from customers who claim a tax exemption. If the exemption certificate is not received, The Park Wholesale is required by law to charge sales tax. Once we have received your exemption certificate(s), your account will be updated with tax exempt status for future transactions. Submit your certificate prior to placing orders.

We cannot refund Tax once it is collected.
