Gildan 64000 vs. Gildan G640 (Softstyle® Shirt) - What is the Difference?
The Gildan 64000 and Gildan G640 are the same identical shirt. This shirt is often referenced as either the 64000 or G640, but there are no differences aside from the numbers. The Gildan 64000 is the Softstyle® T-shirt. Gildan uses 100% soft ringspun cotton. The shirt weighs 4.5 oz., comes in more than 60 colors, and comes in sizes: S - 3XL. The Gildan 64000 is lighter at 4.5 oz than the Gildan 5000 (5.3 oz) and Gildan 2000 (6 oz). The ringspun cotton allows for a smoother printing surface compared to the Gildan 5000 (Heavy Cotton™). The overall softer feel of the shirt and lighter weight may make it preferable for some customers.
