The Next Level 6210 is the unisex CVC short sleeve crew t-shirt and the Next Level 3600 is the cotton short sleeve crew t-shirt. The primary difference is the Next Level 6210 is made of 60% combed ringspun cotton and 40% polyester, while the Next Level 3600 is made of 100% combed ringspun cotton. The polyester material in the 6210 shirt (cotton/polyester blend) gives it slightly more durability, and wrinkle-resistant and stain-resistant properties. The trade-off though is the feel of the fabric as most would prefer the feel of 100% cotton as opposed to the blend.
