The Flexfit 6511 is the Flexfit trucker mesh cap and the Richardson 110 is the R-Flex trucker cap. Both hats are best selling flex hats for Flexfit and Richardson. The primary difference is the Flexfit 6511 comes in one size, while the Richardson 110 comes in two sizes. The Flexfit 6511 is OSFA (one size fits all) for sizes: 6 7/8" to 7 1/2". The Richardson 110 comes in SM-MD (7" - 7 1/4") and LG-XL (7 3/8" - 7 5/8").

In terms of similarities, the Flexfit 6511 and Richardson 110 are 6-panel, have a mid-profile crown, mesh back, and curved visor. The hats are also similar in terms of material and fabric content. The Flexfit 6511 is made of 55% polyester / 43% cotton / 2% PU spandex, while the Richardson 110 is made of 55% polyester / 40% cotton / 5% spandex. Both styles come in more than 20 colors to choose from.
