The Richardson 112 and Port Authority C112 are popular trucker hats. The first difference is the Richardson 112 has a slightly flatter bill than the Port Authority C112. The bill for the Port Authority C112 is slightly more curved than the Richardson brand. The second difference is the Richardson 112 comes in more than 100+ colors, while the Port Authority C112 comes in 50-60 colors. The third difference is the Richardson 112 is offered in four sizes: youth, small, one size fits most (OSFM), and XL, while the Port Authority C112 is offered in two sizes: youth and one size fits all (OSFA). The fourth difference is the Port Authority C112 is slightly lower cost than the Richardson 112. The fifth difference is more subjective, but the overall build quality of the Richardson 112 hat seems better than the Port Authority C112. The Richardson 112 is THE original trucker cap and has had plenty of knockoffs come over the years.
For similarities, both the Richardson 112 and Port Authority C112 have mesh backs, a mid-profile shape, adjustable plastic snapback closures, and are made of a cotton/polyester blend (cotton for the front panels and polyester for the mesh back panels).
